Elhanan Management Services (EMS) is a company incorporated in April 2004, with more than 18 years of experience in providing Project & Construction Management Consultancy Services from “Concept to Completion”. The initial stage of planning, execution, commissioning, completion of the project, and handing over. The areas involve Planning, execution, evaluating, and monitoring Civil, Structural, Structural Glazing works, MEP, and Interior Works. The focus area of our business includes Hospitals, IT Parks, Hotels, Malls & Residential, Industrial, Luxury Villas, and Interiors.

Elhanan currently has 48 Project Management personnel consisting of Project / Safety Engineers, Architects, and SEZ Coordinators deployed at different locations.

Joseph is a Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and specialized in Engineering Project Management from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
He has more than 30 years of professional experience in large multi-national companies in the fields of Hospitality, Food processing, IT, and Real Estate. Joseph was instrumental in setting up project/property management systems for an International Technology park, Vrindhavan Tech Village, Britannia, and Oberoi Hotel in Bangalore. His key strengths are Entrepreneurship, Customer Support, MEP services, Business Development, Automation, and Cost Management.
Prasad Varughese
DIRECTOR
Prasad is Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Jaipur and specialized in Chartered Engineering and Valuation. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in large multi-national companies in the fields of Residential Development, IT Parks, Hospitals, Hotels and Real estate. His key strengths are People Management, Technical Consultancy, Critical Problem Solving and Value Engineering.
James Jesse
GENERAL MANAGER- MEP
James graduated from Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical and electronics in the year 2008 and completed his Masters in Business Administration, has gained an impressive hands on experience in planning, handling and managing an extensive range of projects especially MEP projects/ contracts in the fields of Hospitals and IT parks for more than a decade.
